Why do I need this if i can just change my hand positioning?
The PushUpPro is perfectly designed to lock your hands in place to which position you desire, ensuring correct technique 100% of the time. We originally came up with this idea as when we were working out, we found ourselves losing posture towards the end of a set when you become more fatigued. This has potential to not only cause injuries in the upper body, but also the lower back and lower abdominal areas.
